1. Introduction

Welcome to WADE. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our budget and operations platform, tailored specifically for creative agencies. By creating an agency workspace or using our services, you agree to these terms.

WADE provides tools for financial tracking, role management, timesheets, and AI-driven budget analytics. These terms ensure a secure and reliable environment for all our agency partners.

2. Agency Workspaces & Accounts

When you register an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your agency to these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your workspace, including actions taken by your team members.

• You must provide accurate and complete agency information during onboarding.
• Workspace administrators are responsible for managing roles and access permissions securely.
• Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted and will be suspended.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

WADE is provided on a subscription basis. New agencies may be placed on a Free Plan for trial purposes. Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Failure to maintain active billing may result in the suspension of your workspace and temporary loss of access to your agency's financial records.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your agency retains full ownership of all financial data, timesheets, and client information entered into WADE. We do not sell your operational data. Our AI analytics process your data securely and strictly within the boundaries of your tenant workspace to provide budget insights.

5. Modifications to the Service

We continuously improve WADE to better serve creative agencies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated to workspace administrators via email or in-app notifications.
